The Vue accomplishes the parking needs of its residents through its utilization of Sub Grade ll parking (2 ½ floors) and via the use of an attached parking garage. Together both areas wiyield 306 parking spaces. Both areas allow secure and easy access to the primary residences. Additionally, the Vue incorporates 5,760 Square feet of Sub Grade Saleablestorage and 5,380 Square feet of commercial retail located on the ground floor.

777 West. 12 high-end townhomes on 23,500 square feet with half the land to be open space. Completion is slated for November 06.

411 N. Central. Arizona State Universities new Downtown Campus. Programs moving to Downtown include the College of Nursing, School of Public Affairs, and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. The ASU downtown campus is planning to have 15,000 plus students enrolled by 2008. The goal of the newcampus is to have at least 1,800 completed rooms for student living by 2008.
