Downtown Phoenix Development and Activities:- |

New Phoenix Convention Center (Phase 1 of the Center recently opened),
the balance of the center to be completed by 2009 and will encompass
over 880,000 rentable Square Feet. |

Rail to be completed in 2008. The light rail will link the Northwest
and the Northeast valley to Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa. |

Field. Home of the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamondbacks. |

Phoenix Hotel and Condominium. 39 story building including more
than 200 hotel rooms, plus condominium and high-end retail / restaurant
space. It is expected to cater to professional athletes and the
Business Elite. Plans call for the opening in early 2008. |

Center. Home of the Phoenix Suns Professional Basketball Team. |

West. 12 high-end townhomes on 23,500 square feet with half the

N. Central. Arizona State Universities new Downtown Campus. Programs
moving to Downtown include the College of Nursing, School of Public
Affairs, and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. The ASU downtown
campus is planning to have 15,000 plus students enrolled by 2008.
The goal of the newcampus is to have at least 1,800 completed rooms
for student living by 2008. |

and research programs for the 2 largest Arizona State schools. Collaboration
